Quemliclustat in Pancreatic Cancer
Quemliclustat is a small-molecule CD73 inhibitor designed to reduce immunosuppressive adenosine in the tumor microenvironment. The program has advanced into the Phase 3 PRISM-1 study in metastatic pancreatic cancer in combination with chemotherapy.
Checkpoint and Combination Capabilities
Zimberelimab, an anti-PD-1 antibody, supports Arcus-controlled immuno-oncology combinations and may reduce dependence on externally sourced checkpoint inhibitors. The company also uses partnerships, including its alliance with Gilead, to fund and execute broad late-stage development programs.
