Syndax Pharmaceuticals develops and commercializes therapies for genetically defined leukemias and immune-mediated complications of transplantation. Its commercial portfolio is built around Revuforj and Niktimvo.
Revuforj
Revuforj, or revumenib, is a menin inhibitor used in acute leukemias with susceptible genetic drivers. Ongoing studies evaluate frontline combinations, post-transplant maintenance and additional molecular subgroups, including NPM1-mutant, KMT2A-rearranged and NUP98-rearranged disease.
Niktimvo
Niktimvo, or axatilimab, targets CSF-1 receptor biology and is commercialized for chronic graft-versus-host disease. Syndax is testing the molecule in newly diagnosed chronic GVHD and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis to expand beyond its initial indication.
Frontline Registrational Strategy
Syndax is advancing pivotal trials intended to establish revumenib in frontline acute myeloid leukemia. It also plans the RAVEN study as part of the asset’s broader development program.
