Why teams use this integration
Feishu and Lark are useful when you want biotech updates to land directly in a team workspace instead of a mailbox.
BioPharmSignal sends the alert as soon as the news is ready, and the link always points back to the BioPharmSignal news page.
What the message contains
- Ticker and company name
- News title
- A BioPharmSignal click-through link to the article
- A short alert format that works well in team chats
What to copy
- Create an incoming webhook in Feishu or Lark.
- Copy the webhook URL into BioPharmSignal.
- Leave the secret field empty unless your bot setup requires something else outside the app.
How it works
After you save the webhook in Settings, BioPharmSignal sends a test message so you can confirm the destination is live.
When a news item matches your setup, BioPharmSignal posts the alert into your Feishu or Lark conversation with a link back to our own article page.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure the webhook URL was copied completely.
- If the destination is not receiving messages, create a fresh incoming webhook in Feishu or Lark and update it in BioPharmSignal.
- If you do not see the test message, check whether the bot or group permissions changed after you copied the URL.
