Why teams use this integration
DingTalk is a good fit for teams that want biotech alerts inside a work chat with a stricter robot configuration.
Because DingTalk uses both a webhook URL and a secret, BioPharmSignal stores both values and uses them together when it sends alerts.
What the message contains
- Ticker and title
- A BioPharmSignal article link
- The DingTalk robot signing secret when required
What to copy
- Create a DingTalk custom robot.
- Copy the webhook URL into BioPharmSignal.
- Copy the robot secret into the secret field.
How it works
Save the webhook URL and secret in Settings, then BioPharmSignal sends a test message to verify the robot is active.
When matching biotech news arrives, BioPharmSignal posts the alert to the DingTalk group and points readers back to the in-app article page.
Troubleshooting
- Double-check that both the webhook URL and secret were pasted correctly.
- If the robot was recreated, update both values in BioPharmSignal.
- If messages stop arriving, confirm the DingTalk robot is still enabled in the target group.
