ENHANZE Platform
ENHANZE uses recombinant human hyaluronidase PH20 to temporarily degrade hyaluronan in the subcutaneous space. This can enable large-volume subcutaneous delivery of therapies that would otherwise require intravenous infusion, reducing administration time and treatment burden.
Commercial Partner Products
The technology is incorporated into multiple marketed partner products, including subcutaneous formulations in oncology, immunology, and rare disease. Products such as DARZALEX SC and VYVGART Hytrulo generate recurring royalty revenue while partners retain responsibility for clinical development and commercialization.
Hypercon and High-Concentration Formulations
The Hypercon platform is designed to create highly concentrated biologic formulations that may support lower injection volumes and more flexible administration. Halozyme is pursuing multi-target collaborations to establish Hypercon as a complementary solution for medicines that cannot be optimally delivered with conventional formulations.
Expanded Injectable Technologies
Acquisitions of Antares Pharma, Elektrofi, and Surf Bio have broadened Halozyme into autoinjectors, wearable delivery systems, microparticle suspensions, and additional formulation technologies. The resulting portfolio addresses both volume and concentration constraints across subcutaneous and self-administered medicines.
