Cabozantinib Franchise
Cabozantinib is the company’s principal commercial asset and is marketed in the United States under the CABOMETYX brand across multiple tumor types. The franchise gives Exelixis an established commercial and clinical-development infrastructure in renal, liver and thyroid cancers.
Zanzalintinib Franchise
Zanzalintinib is a next-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor being studied in numerous pivotal and signal-seeking trials. The program includes combinations with atezolizumab, WELIREG and chemotherapy across colorectal, renal, lung, prostate and other cancers.
Colorectal Cancer Registration
An NDA is under FDA review for zanzalintinib plus atezolizumab in previously treated metastatic colorectal cancer. The filing is supported by the Phase 3 STELLAR-303 trial, which demonstrated an overall-survival benefit versus regorafenib in the intent-to-treat population.
Broad Clinical Expansion
The portfolio includes the Phase 3 STELLAR-304, STELLAR-311, STELLAR-316 and LITESPARK-034 studies, as well as Phase 2 programs in recurrent meningioma and planned work in lung cancer. This breadth is intended to establish zanzalintinib as a second major Exelixis franchise.
