Incyte discovers, develops, and commercializes medicines across hematology, oncology, and inflammation and autoimmunity. The company has built an internal discovery engine around targeted small molecules and biologics while expanding its commercial footprint through both wholly owned and partnered products.
Hematology Franchise
The hematology business is anchored by Jakafi and Jakafi XR across myelofibrosis, polycythemia vera, and graft-versus-host disease. Monjuvi/Minjuvi and Niktimvo extend the franchise into B-cell lymphoma and chronic graft-versus-host disease, while INCA033989 targets mutant calreticulin in myeloproliferative neoplasms.
Oncology Portfolio
Incyte's oncology portfolio includes Zynyz and Pemazyre as well as clinical candidates targeting KRAS G12D, TGF-beta receptor 2, and CDK2. Development emphasizes biomarker-defined tumors and combinations with established chemotherapy, antibodies, and antiangiogenic agents.
Dermatology and Autoimmune Medicines
Opzelura is a topical JAK inhibitor commercialized for atopic dermatitis and vitiligo, with studies underway in additional inflammatory skin diseases. Povorcitinib, an oral JAK1 inhibitor, is being developed across hidradenitis suppurativa, prurigo nodularis, asthma, and other immune-mediated conditions.
Acquired and Partnered Pipeline
The acquisition of Vega Therapeutics added latarcibart, a once-monthly antibody in Phase 3 development for von Willebrand disease. Incyte also uses collaborations for formulation technology, regional commercialization, and selected pipeline assets, complementing its internally generated programs.
