Kura Oncology develops and commercializes small-molecule therapies for genetically defined cancers. Its portfolio focuses on menin inhibition in hematologic malignancies and farnesyl-transferase inhibition in solid tumors.
KOMZIFTI
KOMZIFTI, or ziftomenib, is an FDA-approved oral menin inhibitor for adults with relapsed or refractory NPM1-mutated acute myeloid leukemia. Kura is expanding the drug into earlier treatment settings and genetically defined combination regimens.
Menin Combination Programs
The KOMET clinical program evaluates ziftomenib with venetoclax and azacitidine, intensive chemotherapy, and FLT3 inhibitors. These studies seek to establish ziftomenib as a therapeutic backbone across the AML treatment continuum.
Darlifarnib
Darlifarnib is a farnesyl-transferase inhibitor being developed as a precision combination agent in solid tumors. Current programs combine it with cabozantinib in renal-cell carcinoma and targeted RAS therapies in KRAS-mutated cancers.
Emerging Menin Pipeline
Kura is also advancing next-generation menin inhibitors, including KO-7246 for diabetes and cardiometabolic disease, extending its menin expertise beyond oncology.
