Selinexor Mechanism

Myelofibrosis Programs
The Phase 3 SENTRY study evaluates once-weekly selinexor with ruxolitinib in JAK inhibitor-naïve myelofibrosis. SENTRY-2 evaluates selinexor in patients previously treated with JAK inhibitors.
Endometrial Cancer and Multiple Myeloma
Karyopharm is also studying maintenance selinexor in advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer and in the Phase 3 XPORT-MM-031 study in multiple myeloma.
