Plinabulin
Plinabulin is a small-molecule GEF-H1 activator designed to promote dendritic-cell maturation and stimulate antitumor immune responses. The candidate has been administered to more than 700 patients and is being developed for use with chemotherapy, immune checkpoint inhibitors, antibody-drug conjugates, and other cancer therapies.
Post-Immunotherapy NSCLC Strategy
BeyondSpring is developing plinabulin for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose disease has progressed after PD-1 or PD-L1 therapy. Clinical work has evaluated plinabulin with docetaxel and with a triplet regimen combining plinabulin, docetaxel, and pembrolizumab.
DUBLIN-4 Confirmatory Program
The planned DUBLIN-4 study is a randomized, double-blind Phase 3 trial expected to enroll approximately 442 patients with non-squamous, EGFR wild-type NSCLC following progression on immunotherapy. The study is designed to confirm the survival and tolerability findings observed in the earlier DUBLIN-3 program.
Combination Optionality
BeyondSpring is also studying the potential for plinabulin to complement antibody-drug conjugates, radiation, and other immune-based approaches. Preclinical research supports a strategy of using plinabulin to broaden immune engagement and potentially improve the durability of combination regimens.
