Gemini Lead Candidate
Gemini is a proprietary formulation of phosphorylated hexaacyl disaccharide. Rather than broadly suppressing immunity, the candidate is designed to precondition and recalibrate the inflammatory response.
Acute Kidney Injury Program
The primary development program targets acute kidney injury associated with cardiac surgery. Revelation is preparing an adaptive pivotal study intended to evaluate prevention or reduction of clinically significant kidney injury.
Clinical and Preclinical Evidence
Gemini has been evaluated in Phase 1 studies and in preclinical models of acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and infection. These data support selection of dose, timing, and endpoints for later-stage development.
Manufacturing Readiness
The company has initiated GMP manufacturing of Gemini and placebo for its planned clinical program. External manufacturers, a renal-focused contract research organization, and scientific advisers support execution.
