Oncology and Antibody-Drug Conjugates
Pfizer's oncology portfolio includes Ibrance, Xtandi, Lorbrena, Braftovi, Talzenna, Padcev, Adcetris, Tivdak, and Elrexfio. The Seagen acquisition added a leading antibody-drug conjugate platform and commercial products, supporting development across breast, bladder, lung, hematologic, and other cancers through targeted agents and combination regimens.
Internal Medicine and Rare Disease
The internal-medicine business includes Eliquis in anticoagulation, Vyndaqel-family products in transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy, and medicines for cardiovascular, metabolic, and rare diseases. Pfizer also markets Hympavzi for hemophilia and is advancing additional programs in obesity, cardiometabolic disease, and genetically defined conditions.
Vaccines and Infectious Disease
Pfizer has a broad vaccine portfolio led by the Prevnar pneumococcal franchise, Abrysvo for respiratory syncytial virus, and Comirnaty for COVID-19. Research programs include higher-valency pneumococcal conjugate vaccines and next-generation vaccines intended to expand serotype coverage across pediatric and adult populations.
Inflammation and Immunology
The inflammation and immunology portfolio includes Xeljanz, Litfulo, Velsipity, and Cibinqo across rheumatologic, dermatologic, and gastrointestinal diseases. Pfizer is pursuing additional indications for these medicines, including nonsegmental vitiligo for Litfulo, while applying small-molecule and biologic approaches to immune-mediated conditions.
Obesity and Metabolic Pipeline
Pfizer is building an obesity portfolio around berobenatide, an injectable GLP-1 receptor agonist designed for monthly dosing, and additional internal and partnered candidates. The planned development program covers chronic weight management and obesity-related complications such as obstructive sleep apnea and knee osteoarthritis.
