The OCEAN(a) Phase 3 program includes secondary-prevention outcomes, primary-prevention outcomes, and coronary-plaque studies, giving the company multiple approaches to reducing atherosclerotic cardiovascular risk.
Rare Disease Franchise

Oncology and BiTE Platform
The oncology business includes BLINCYTO and IMDELLTRA, both built on Amgen's bispecific T-cell engager platform. IMDELLTRA is being studied across extensive-stage and limited-stage small-cell lung cancer in multiple combinations and dosing formats, while BLINCYTO development continues across leukemia settings and selected autoimmune diseases.
