Pumitamig
Pumitamig, also known as BNT327 or BMS986545, is a bispecific immunomodulator that combines PD-L1 checkpoint inhibition with VEGF-A neutralization. BioNTech and Bristol Myers Squibb are evaluating it in a broad pivotal program spanning lung, breast, colorectal, gastric and other solid tumors.
Gotistobart
Gotistobart is a tumor-microenvironment-selective CTLA-4 antibody designed to deplete regulatory T cells. The Phase 3 PRESERVE-003 trial is evaluating it in metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer after platinum chemotherapy and PD-(L)1 treatment.
HER2-Targeted ADC
Trastuzumab pamirtecan is a HER2-targeted antibody-drug conjugate partnered with DualityBio. It is being developed in recurrent endometrial cancer and HER2-low metastatic breast cancer through potentially registrational cohorts and Phase 3 trials.
B7H3-Targeted ADC
BNT324, or DB-1311, is a B7H3-targeted antibody-drug conjugate with clinical activity under evaluation in prostate, cervical and ovarian cancers. A Phase 3 trial against docetaxel in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer is planned.
Infectious-Disease Vaccines
BioNTech’s commercial vaccine business remains anchored by its COVID-19 collaboration with Pfizer. The partners continue to adapt the vaccine to circulating variants and prepare for seasonal regulatory approvals and supply.
