Briquilimab Mechanism
Briquilimab is an aglycosylated monoclonal antibody targeting c-Kit/CD117. By blocking stem cell factor from binding to the KIT receptor, it is designed to interrupt mast cell survival signaling and induce mast cell depletion.

Across the BEACON, SPOTLIGHT, and open-label extension studies, Jasper observed complete responses or disease-control signals in CSU. These results informed selection of two active dosing regimens for the planned Phase 2b study.
Future catalysts
Jasper has resubmitted an updated Phase 2b protocol for briquilimab in CSU to the FDA.
