Company overview
Allogeneic Gamma Delta T-Cell Company
Adicet Bio develops off-the-shelf gamma delta T-cell therapies engineered with chimeric antigen receptors. The platform is intended to combine readily available allogeneic manufacturing with innate and adaptive immune activity in autoimmune disease and cancer.
Prula-Cel Autoimmune Program
Prula-cel is an allogeneic CD20-targeted gamma delta CAR-T therapy being evaluated in systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus nephritis, and other autoimmune conditions. The program seeks to achieve deep B-cell depletion and durable immune reset without individualized autologous manufacturing.
Outpatient Treatment Potential
FDA alignment allows current and future lupus nephritis and systemic lupus erythematosus patients to receive prula-cel in an outpatient setting. If supported by clinical data, this operating model could reduce treatment complexity relative to cell therapies requiring prolonged inpatient care.
ADI-212 Solid-Tumor Program
ADI-212 is a gene-edited, armored allogeneic gamma delta CAR-T candidate targeting PSMA in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The design combines a tumor-specific binder, membrane-tethered IL-12, and MED12 disruption to improve activity within the solid-tumor microenvironment.
In Vivo CAR-T Research
Adicet is also developing an in vivo CAR-T platform for hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. This research aims to generate therapeutic immune cells directly inside the patient and potentially eliminate ex vivo manufacturing and conditioning steps.
