SET Pulse Oximetry
Masimo Signal Extraction Technology, or SET, is the company's foundational pulse-oximetry platform. It is designed to measure oxygen saturation and pulse rate during patient motion and low-perfusion conditions where conventional monitoring may be less reliable.
Rainbow Pulse CO-Oximetry
The rainbow platform extends monitoring beyond conventional pulse oximetry to parameters such as noninvasive hemoglobin. Masimo also offers brain-function, hemodynamic, regional-oximetry, capnography, gas-monitoring, acoustic-respiration, and related modalities.
Connected Monitoring and Hospital Automation
Root, Masimo SafetyNet, and the company's hospital-automation and connectivity products bring bedside and remote measurements into coordinated clinical workflows. These systems support centralized surveillance, telemonitoring, alarm management, and data exchange with hospital information systems.
Sensor and OEM Business Model
Masimo sells monitors and circuit boards together with proprietary single-patient and reusable sensors, software, cables, and services. Direct sales, distributors, and OEM relationships with major medical-equipment manufacturers broaden the installed base and support recurring sensor demand.
