Lyell Immunopharma develops engineered CAR-T cell therapies intended to improve response depth, durability and activity in hematologic and solid tumors.
Ronde-cel
Ronde-cel is an autologous CAR-T product with an OR-gated design targeting either CD19 or CD20. Its manufacturing process enriches less-differentiated T cells to support persistence in large B-cell lymphoma.
Pivotal LBCL Programs
PiNACLE is a pivotal single-arm study in third- or later-line large B-cell lymphoma. PiNACLE-H2H is a randomized Phase 3 trial comparing ronde-cel directly with established CD19 CAR-T therapies in second-line disease.
LYL273
LYL273 is a separate engineered cell therapy in Phase 1 development for metastatic colorectal cancer, extending Lyell's platform into solid tumors.
