Biomarker analyses showed dose-dependent effects on inflammatory, immune, and tissue-remodeling signatures, including pathways relevant to patients with coexisting inflammatory bowel disease.
Precision-Medicine Expansion into Rheumatoid Arthritis
Scipher Medicine's SPECTRA AI-enabled network-medicine platform identified nebokitug as a highly ranked clinical candidate for rheumatoid arthritis. Chemomab and Scipher plan to combine nebokitug with a molecular treatment-response signature designed to enrich a Phase 2 study for patients more likely to benefit from CCL24 inhibition.
