The Phase 3 VIKTORIA-1 program evaluates gedatolisib combinations after progression on endocrine therapy. Positive results in both PIK3CA wild-type and mutant cohorts support expansion of the approved population.

VIKTORIA-2 evaluates gedatolisib regimens in the first-line advanced breast-cancer setting, including endocrine-sensitive and endocrine-resistant patient populations.
