Growth Products
The company’s principal growth brands include Qelbree for ADHD, GOCOVRI for dyskinesia in Parkinson’s disease, ONAPGO for continuous treatment of motor fluctuations in Parkinson’s disease and ZURZUVAE for postpartum depression. ZURZUVAE is commercialized through an economic collaboration with Biogen.
Epilepsy and Depression Pipeline
SPN-817 is a selective acetylcholinesterase inhibitor in a Phase 2b trial for treatment-resistant focal seizures. SPN-820 is designed to increase mTORC1-mediated synaptic function and is in Phase 2b development as an adjunctive treatment for major depressive disorder.
ADHD Pipeline Expansion
SPN-443 is a novel stimulant candidate for ADHD. Its planned first-in-human study extends Supernus’s pipeline within a therapeutic area where the company already has commercial infrastructure through Qelbree.
