SENTI-202 Logic-Gated CAR-NK
SENTI-202 is an off-the-shelf CAR-NK candidate designed to target hematologic malignancies expressing CD33 and/or FLT3 while using an EMCN NOT gate to protect healthy hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. An IL-15 release module is intended to improve CAR-NK persistence, expansion, and activity.
Registrational Path in AML
Senti Bio completed a Type B Initial Comprehensive Multidisciplinary RMAT meeting with the FDA and aligned on pivotal clinical and CMC strategy for SENTI-202. FDA feedback supports the potential use of a single-arm, multicenter pivotal trial in relapsed or refractory AML.
Allogeneic Manufacturing Strategy
SENTI-202 is being developed as an off-the-shelf product manufactured from selected donor material. Senti’s Donor X strategy is intended to improve consistency in potency, expansion, and clinical activity across production campaigns.
