EKTERLY
EKTERLY, or sebetralstat, is the first approved oral on-demand treatment for hereditary angioedema attacks. It is approved in multiple countries for patients age 12 and older and is commercialized directly or through regional partners.
Pediatric Expansion
The Phase 3 KONFIDENT-KID trial has completed enrollment in children ages 2–11. KalVista plans to use the study to extend oral on-demand treatment to younger patients and pursue additional global filings.
