Proprietary Antibody Technologies
The company's technology base includes DuoBody bispecific antibodies, HexaBody antibodies with enhanced complement activation, DuoHexaBody constructs, and HexElect conditional effector-function technology. These platforms are designed to generate new mechanisms of action and can support both wholly owned programs and partnered medicines.
Commercial and Co-Commercialized Medicines
Genmab's direct commercial portfolio includes EPKINLY/TEPKINLY, an epcoritamab-based bispecific antibody for B-cell malignancies, and Tivdak for cervical cancer. The company shares economics and commercialization responsibilities with partners in selected markets while retaining the ability to build its own global oncology organization.
Royalty-Based Portfolio
Antibodies created with Genmab technology support a significant royalty business. Products contributing to this model include DARZALEX, Kesimpta, TEPEZZA, RYBREVANT, TECVAYLI, TALVEY, and BIZENGRI, providing diversified exposure across oncology, immunology, and rare disease without requiring Genmab to fund every commercial infrastructure independently.
Late-Stage Oncology Pipeline
The late-stage proprietary pipeline is led by Rina-S, an antibody-drug conjugate targeting folate receptor alpha, and petosemtamab, an EGFRxLGR5 bispecific antibody added through the acquisition of Merus. Epcoritamab is also being developed across additional lymphoma settings and treatment lines, making lifecycle expansion an important part of the portfolio.
