Nuzefatide Pevedotin
Nuzefatide pevedotin is an EphA2-targeting Bicycle Drug Conjugate carrying a cytotoxic payload. The program is being evaluated in recurrent pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and has also generated clinical and preclinical evidence across urothelial, head and neck, and other EphA2-expressing cancers.
Zelenectide Pevedotin
Zelenectide pevedotin targets Nectin-4 and is being studied alone and with pembrolizumab in metastatic urothelial cancer. Its design seeks to preserve antitumor activity while reducing toxicities associated with larger antibody-drug conjugates against the same target.
Bicycle Radioconjugates
The company is expanding into radiopharmaceuticals through Bicycle Radioconjugates, which use rapid tumor targeting and clearance characteristics to deliver radioisotopes. Human imaging studies are used to validate target engagement and support selection of therapeutic candidates.
