Total Care Model
The Total Care Model shifts participating physicians from fee-for-service reimbursement toward responsibility for the overall cost and quality of patient care. agilon and its partners share in the economics of managing Medicare populations under risk-based arrangements.
Medicare Advantage Operations
The company's consolidated business primarily supports Medicare Advantage members through contracts with health plans. Revenue is linked to member enrollment and risk-adjusted premiums, while profitability depends on accurate coding, care management, and control of medical-service costs.
ACO Model Participation
