SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., April 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Allogene Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALLO) today announced that it intends to offer and sell, in an underwritten public offering and subject to market and other conditions, $175 million of shares of its common stock.
