BRIUMVI
BRIUMVI, or ublituximab, is a glycoengineered CD20 monoclonal antibody approved for relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis. The antibody is designed for efficient B-cell depletion at a relatively low dose and is commercialized in the United States and through partners internationally.
Formulation and Dosing Expansion
The company is conducting a pivotal program for subcutaneous ublituximab and the ENHANCE trial of a consolidated intravenous Day 1 and Day 15 dosing regimen. These studies aim to make administration more convenient while maintaining the established mechanism.
Azer-Cel in Progressive MS
