NERLYNX in HER2-Positive Breast Cancer
NERLYNX, or neratinib, is an oral irreversible pan-HER kinase inhibitor. It is approved as extended adjuvant treatment after trastuzumab-based therapy in early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer and with capecitabine in previously treated advanced or metastatic HER2-positive disease.
U.S. Commercial and International Royalty Model
Puma directly markets NERLYNX in the United States and supports access through its Patient Lynx program. International partners commercialize neratinib in other territories, providing Puma with royalty and licensing revenue.
Alisertib Development Program
Alisertib is an oral, selective inhibitor of Aurora kinase A, a protein involved in mitotic progression. Puma licensed global development and commercialization rights and is initially focusing the program on small cell lung cancer and hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer.
ALISCA Clinical Portfolio
ALISCA-Lung1 evaluates alisertib monotherapy in extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, while ALISCA-Lung2 evaluates alisertib with paclitaxel. ALISCA-Breast1 combines alisertib with endocrine therapy in chemotherapy-naive metastatic breast cancer.
