Cortisol Modulation Platform
Corcept Therapeutics develops medicines that selectively modulate the glucocorticoid receptor and the effects of cortisol. Its portfolio spans endocrinology, oncology, metabolism and neurology.
Cushing’s Syndrome Franchise
Corcept has an established commercial business treating hypercortisolism in patients with Cushing’s syndrome. Relacorilant has also completed the pivotal GRACE program, supporting the company’s effort to expand and modernize this endocrine franchise.
LIFYORLI in Ovarian Cancer
LIFYORLI, or relacorilant, is FDA approved with nab-paclitaxel for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The approval establishes Corcept’s first oncology product and validates cortisol modulation as a way to improve response to anticancer therapy.
Oncology Expansion
The BELLA program is evaluating relacorilant combinations in platinum-resistant and platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer and in previously treated endometrial cancer. These studies are intended to broaden use across gynecologic malignancies and treatment settings.
Metabolic and Neurologic Pipeline
Miricorilant is in the Phase 2b MONARCH trial for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis. Dazucorilant is being prepared for Phase 3 testing in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis following a survival signal in the Phase 2 DAZALS study.
