Multispecific Immunotherapy Platforms

Mipletamig
Mipletamig is a bispecific antibody candidate designed to redirect T cells toward CD123-expressing leukemia cells. Aptevo is developing the program in frontline acute myeloid leukemia in combination with venetoclax and azacitidine.
RAINIER Frontline AML Study
RAINIER is a Phase 1b/2 study evaluating mipletamig with venetoclax and azacitidine in newly diagnosed AML. The Phase 1b portion is focused on dose optimization and selection of a recommended Phase 2 dose before the program advances into a larger expansion stage.
APVO451
APVO451 is a trispecific solid-tumor candidate directed at nectin-4 and designed to engage immune effector mechanisms. The program is in candidate-selection work ahead of IND-enabling development.
Radiopharmaceutical Collaboration
Aptevo is also working with Niowave under a 50-50 collaboration to develop radiopharmaceutical oncology programs. The partnership combines Aptevo's multispecific binding constructs with Niowave's radioisotope capabilities and may encompass as many as three programs.
