In addition, Senseonics granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on May 4, 2026, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The pre-funded warrants will not be listed on any securities exchange.
